The "Every Inch Counts" Dynasty Bylaws

The below are the bylaws for the "Every Inch Counts" dynasty fantasy football leagues for the 2023 season. Any rules changes will be voted on during the league offseason. 1. League Overview 1.0. The Every Inch Counts League is a dynasty superflex fantasy football league established on May 23rd, 2023. This league is designed for multi-year commitment, emphasizing strategic team management, player development, and active participation throughout the season. The league aims to foster healthy competition, camaraderie, and an enjoyable fantasy football experience for all members. 2. Roster and Starting Lineup 2.0.  Rosters consist of 9 starters, 12 bench (21 total active squad players), 2 IR, and 2 Taxi 2.1. Rookies can be red-shirted for one year using the taxi squad. Taxi players can be activated to the active roster at any point but can only be moved to the taxi squad prior to season start. 2.2.
